St Vincent's Chapel - Refectory
About this room
Practice, teaching and rehearsals in the Refectory (includes use of Blüthner upright piano). Both the Nave and Refectory are in regular use for music practice by individuals and groups. Sometimes we agree a monthly fee to come and go whenever the Refectory is not otherwise in use, sometimes we charge by the session. Some of our visiting musicians offer lessons. Prospective pupils and indeed music teachers are invited to enquire. An Edinburgh Fringe venue (Venue 197). A small kitchen is adjacent.

Room rules
Providing church services is our main purpose, and so we reserve the right to cancel hired sessions if the premises are required for church use, for a funeral for instance, when as much notice as possible will be given. Any pre-payment will be refunded. I had a wonderful experience practicing at St Vincent's Chapel. The facility and piano were perfect for my needs, and Barnaby was an incredible host! I'm looking forward to spending more time at St Vincent's and would highly recommend it to anyone searching for a rehearsal space.
