Ideal space for production, rehearsal and cosy living room style concerts (up to 25 people max) Prices for rehearsal/production £20p/h (minimum 2 hour booking) For concerts or events the price will be different, please, get in touch.

A beautiful, quiet, comfortable and very well-equipped space with gorgeous grand piano! Couldn't ask for a better host than Sergei who made us feel right at home. Heartily recommend this space!

Best place for a cosy music studio in central, and the piano was great— such a good room to film in! Sergei was an excellent host: made sure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed, we’ll definitely be back.
