Kawai baby grand in first-floor flat (Blackheath SE3)
About this room
Kawai GL30 Aures 2 baby grand, kept in a 2.1 x 2.4 isolation booth with bright lights and a 1m x 1m window as well as a door window. It is near Blackheath and Greenwich Park, in my first-floor flat (14 internal steps, 1 external). There is on-street free parking. Next to the booth there is a sofa and kitchen which you can use for tea/coffee etc and a bathroom. The room has space for the player and another person sitting or standing. If possible, please book or contact us a few hours before you need the room, so we can be there to let you in. I can provide a small (but loud!) PA speaker if you want to play a backing track, by bluetooth or audio cable. I can also provide a microphone if you wish to sing. I am enhanced DBS checked; I can provide evidence if needed.

Room rules
1. Please take shoes off when entering the flat! I will provide clean slippers if you want. 2. Treat the piano kindly as if it were your own... i.e. don't bash it around! 3. No liquids on the piano. It's okay if you keep them away from the piano, e.g. on the floor or side table. 4. Similarly no messy foods near the piano. You can have a snack in the kitchen or sofa/nearby table, for example. 5. No smoking in the flat, sorry.
