Studio Rules & Guidelines Welcome to VikinBros Production Studios To ensure a professional, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone, please read and follow the studio rules below. General Respect & Conduct Please respect the studio, equipment, staff, and other guests at all times. Treat the space as you would your own professional studio. Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. The studio reserves the right to end a session immediately if behaviour becomes disruptive or unsafe. Arrival & Session Times Please arrive on time for your booking. Your session time includes setup, soundcheck, packing, and cleanup. Overtime may be charged if the session runs beyond the booked slot. Late arrivals do not extend the session unless agreed in advance. Equipment & Studio Care Do not move, disconnect, or rewire studio equipment without permission from staff. Any accidental damage must be reported immediately. Clients may be held responsible for damage caused by negligence or misuse. Please handle microphones, instruments, stands, headphones, and cables with care. Food, Drinks & Smoking No smoking or vaping inside the studio. Drinks must be kept away from all equipment. Alcohol is allowed only with prior approval and must be consumed responsibly. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Volume & Hearing Safety Please be mindful of excessive volume levels during rehearsals and playback. Hearing protection is recommended during loud sessions. Studio staff may request volume adjustments if levels become unsafe. Cleanliness Please leave the room clean and tidy after your session. Dispose of rubbish properly. Any excessive mess or cleaning requirements may result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests & Visitors Only approved guests may attend the session. Large groups must be agreed in advance. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors attending sessions. Recording & File Responsibility Clients are responsible for backing up their own session files unless a backup service has been agreed. The studio is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or deleted files after delivery or session completion. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Late cancellations may be charged in full or partially depending on notice given. Security & Liability Personal belongings are left at the owner’s risk. The studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities.
