Located on the renovated first basement level of a prestigious Parisian building, the studio offers a quiet working environment with no direct residential neighbors, allowing for very flexible practice hours. The space is equipped with a recent Yamaha C2 grand piano, regularly maintained and tuned.

Coffee and cold drinks can be provided upon request. • Please leave the studio in the same condition as you found it. • Smoking is strictly prohibited. • The studio is not available for non-musical events. • Please respect your booking time to ensure smooth scheduling for all users.

Franchement j’ai rien a dire autre que c’est une des meilleures salles de pratique que j’ai utilisé sur Paris ! Ezequiel est super réceptif hyper gentil et chaleureux, la chambre est hyper bien équipée le piano est bien réglé, tout était just dans les conditions idéale pour pratiquer, c’est sur que je vais revenir !

Ezequiel’s practice studio has everything any singer or pianist would need and more. Excellent Yamaha baby grand. Large room with good acoustics, lighting, A/C , humidifier, WC, and as a plus a coffee maker. Luxurious! The host is most gracious and helpful. A very grand studio indeed.
