Host rules This is a professional creative space inside a building that is used for community support. Please read before your first session. Respect the space and the people Treat everyone with dignity. No harassment, bullying or discrimination of any kind. No smoking, drugs or alcohol - The entire building is substance-free. Anyone found in breach will be asked to leave immediately. Equipment: Do not touch or operate equipment you have not been briefed on. All equipment is PAT-tested and must be treated with care. Any damage caused by misuse is the responsibility of the hirer. Please inform the studio before bringing your own kit. No food or drink in the studio rooms: Refreshments are welcome in the designated area outside the studio. Please use the bins provided and leave the space as you found it. Confidentiality and creative ownership: Do not record or share without explicit permission. Complete split sheets for all collaborations. Phones and filming No filming, photography or live streaming without prior consent from everyone in the room. Be on time and be present Arrive on time. Sessions run to schedule. This is a professional environment — late arrivals affect everyone in the space. Safety and access Follow all safety instructions given on arrival. Commercial hirers are permitted to use the studio area and ground-floor toilet only. All visitors must be signed in by a staff member on arrival. Fire escape procedures will be shared on arrival. Noise Keep noise appropriate outside sessions, particularly on arrival and departure. Consequences Breaches of these rules may result in a verbal warning, removal from the session, or termination of the booking. No refunds will be issued for removal due to rule violations.
