About this room

Prices are for rehearsal use in the piano room only. Other parts of the property(garden​,​ accommodation) is also available for booking as music treats​,​ workshops​,​ filming​,​ please contact me for more information and pricing. The piano is a vintage piano​,​ it might not be the best for formal classical music rehearsals​,​ but can be use for any other music activities. Deep Well is a beautiful contemporary house​,​ close to fields and the beautiful National Trust woodland of Limpsfield Chart​,​ only a short distance from the M25​,​ and 30 minutes on a direct train from London Bridge. Oxted is the nearest town with a very good range of shops including a Waitrose. Gatwick is also nearby as is Biggin Hill airport. The southerly views from the house over the Kent Weald are truly spectacular. Terraced gardens provide some lovely areas to sit​,​ relax and sunbathe. The beautiful St Andrew’s Church is a 2 minute walk away a beautiful setting and location for weddings. One small dog is welcome​,​ although you should be aware the owner has a friendly dog of their own. We can also arrange catering if required and rental of entire house can also be arranged. Please contact me for details. Car parking is available behind closed gates for added security. I also offer a drop off​/​ pick up service for a small fee to cover costs. If I’m not available then a taxi can be arranged from the local train station or local town if you’d like to enjoy a few drinks.
