About this room

7m long x 4m wide x 2.5m high. Ideal for practice​,​ teaching​,​ recording​,​ video or full band rehearsals. It is equipped with a small vocal PA system and limited backline including a drum kit. It is multicore cabled to a separate control room with playback studio monitors but no mixing desk or recording equipment. It also has 24 hour access and secure gear storage if required. Free parking​,​ kitchen & toilet. Please note; the equipment in the pictures is not the in-house backline​,​ it belongs to a band that were rehearsing in the space.
