About this room
Kawai GL30 Aures 2 baby grand kept in 2.1 x 2.4 isolation booth with bright lights and a 1m x 1m window. It is in my first-floor flat (14 internal steps, 1 external). There is on-street free parking. Next to the booth there is a sofa and kitchen which you can use for tea/coffee etc and a bathroom. The room has space for the player and another person sitting or standing. I am enhanced DBS checked; I can provide evidence if you want.

Room rules
1. Please take shoes off when entering the flat! I will provide clean slippers if you want. 2. Treat the piano kindly as if it were your own... i.e. don't bash it around! 3. No liquids on the piano. It's okay if you keep them away from the piano, e.g. on the floor or side table. 4. Similarly no messy foods near the piano. You can have a snack in the kitchen or sofa/nearby table, for example. 5. No smoking in the flat, sorry.
