About this room

A large bright room​,​ great for creative collaborations​,​ practice​,​ or teaching. With high ceilings​,​ good resonance and a nice view​,​ this is a lovely space to be in to relax and work on ideas​,​ to host your teaching practice​,​ or for longer creative sessions. It's a good sized space with a great acoustic for vocals and solo instruments. Ensembles and semi acoustic bands also sound very well in here. We have two music teachers who also run their practice from this room​,​ so it is covid considered with some separation and small break out space also available. 4 hour minimum booking. Upright piano​,​ Roland electric piano (weighted)​,​ ​,​ Guitar Amp​,​ Bass Amp​,​ Music stands​,​ P.A​,​ mic stands and various small percussion included. Guitar ​/​ Bass ​/​ Electric Drums ​/​ Acoustic Drums available to hire by arrangement. Private kitchen and bathroom Parents Area Noticeboard Storage for regular users.
