There is a 3hr minimum booking for concert hires. Booking as film location - £200/hr (1hr minimum booking) Booking for recording sessions - £200/hr (1hr minimum booking) The wood-panelled, historic Music Room at Burgh House in Hampstead is the perfect space for intimate chamber concerts. With a baby grand 1920s Blüthner piano and warm acoustics, the room can accommodate up to 70 audience members for recitals. The baby grand Blüthner piano is included in the price, and we can list your concerts on our website.

Room rules
All Music at Burgh House has to be acoustic and no amplification is permitted, other than the use of a microphone for vocals. The venue is a Grade 1 listed building, so care has to be taken at all times with the interiors. The piano cannot be moved from its permanent position. All music must finish by 9:30pm.
