Room rules

Our venue is not suitable for loud music. The sound needs to remain below 85 dB before 11pm, and below 75 dB after. It is your responsibility to understand this limit, communicate it to any musicians or sound technicians, and to abide by it. We will not hesitate to remove you from the venue if you refuse to follow these instructions. All playing of music and serving of alcohol must stop at midnight (00:00). All setting up, clearing away and tidying must be included in your hire times, and we ask that you leave promptly. Please leave the venue as you found it. Our cleaning fees pay for a next-day refresh of our venue, not a deep clean. They are non-negotiable, and listed in full above.
