Sam all but cosy private studio room in north London. … Conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood 3 minutes walking distance from archway tube station, on the main road. … Perfect place to practice any instrument - voice, piano, sax, double bass etc. amplified or not. … Capacity: 1-2 people max … Can be equipped with Yamaha digital piano and small working surface, or completely emptied. … Soundproof environment: ideal setting for recording or video shooting. … Air flowing system. (No air conditioning) … *I have 2 lovely kittens, in case you have allergies. They are not allowed in the studio or outside, but they are all around the house. If you are up for it, I’m sure they will enjoy a cuddle :)

Room rules
•No food in the studio •No smoking/vape in the studio or in the house. (you can outside) •Clean your shoes before going in the studio. •Just water in the studio please. Be careful not to spill it over the keyboard. For food coffe and tea you can enjoy the spacious kitchen space. •If you have a loud volume, please keep the studio door close. •After a wile in the studio can get warm. Especially during summer time. •You can enjoy my place: I have a garden, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, tea, coffe .. just leave the place as you found it. •If Nic’s Kube is available to rent, I’m probably not at home. Instruction will follow on how to get in/out of my place :) *I have 2 kittens, in case you have allergies. They are not allowed in the studio, but they are all around the house. They are a super friendly and cuddly. If I’m not home, please don’t let them go out. Keep your belongings with you. I’m not responsible of any possible feline damage 🐈
