Room Rules – Music Rehearsal Room Respect the Space Please treat all furniture, instruments, and equipment with care. Do not place drinks or food on the piano or pews. No Smoking or Vaping This is a smoke-free facility. Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited. No Flames; please do not light candles or incense in the building. Volume Awareness Keep volume at a reasonable level. This room is best suited for acoustic or low-amplification rehearsal. No Permanent Modifications Do not tape, nail, or attach anything to walls, floors, or furniture. Clean Up After Use Remove all trash, personal belongings, and equipment at the end of your session. Leave the room as you found it. Use of Piano The piano is available for use but must not be moved or retuned without permission. Please close the lid when finished. No Unauthorized Recording Recording is allowed only with prior approval. This includes video, livestreams, and audio capture. Supervision Required for Minors Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Booking Time Includes Setup and Breakdown Please plan accordingly to avoid overlap with the next group. Report Any Damages Immediately Let us know if anything gets damaged so we can address it quickly.
