About this room

Intimate​,​ bright​,​ piano room located in South Manchester. The tram stop going to Manchester City Centre and getting to St Peter's Square in 15 min is only 7 minutes walking from the house. The room is located on a very quiet street​,​ with no traffic. The view is into the garden. The piano is an acoustic upright Yamaha P121​,​ made for European audiences so it has a more mellow sound that the usual Yamaha instruments​,​ while still retaining a very clear sound. The piano is tuned and serviced regularly. I also own an electric Yamaha instrument​,​ P85 (88 keys​,​ sustain pedal​,​ stool​,​ stand) which can be used if needed. The room is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 3 people. It is great for teaching or practising alike.
