  Charles is super responsive and thoughtful. The space is inviting and inspiring (with green view through the window!). The piano may not be perfectly in tune, but I didn’t find it at all distracting. Its resonance is warm and balanced, pedal works well, keys have a nice weighted touch too. Awesome experience!

  Charles' room is a perfect place to practice. It is quiet and cleen. Charles was very kind, friendly and helfpul. He gave detailed directions and was available for any problem and question that came up. I definitely recommend the room for those who are looking for a quiet practice room at a fair price.
